Our field engineers are accredited, experienced and carry the tools and parts to resolve most issues in a single visit. They work alongside your team, explain what they're doing, and leave your environment better than they found it.
Onsite visits are included as part of your managed IT agreement — there's no per-visit surcharge, no day-rate shock. If it needs doing in person, we come.

Hardware Faults & Emergency Visits
When a server fails or a switch goes down, speed matters. Our engineers can often attend the same day with replacement hardware, minimising the impact on your business. All emergency callouts are covered under your managed IT agreement — no emergency surcharges.
